At Alley Cat Cups, after your item has been created, I am committed to ensuring that your order is processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. I use reliable shipping methods and carefully package each item to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping is included with the price of your item. Please note it 2-3 weeks to create your item, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Alley Cat Cups all sales are final. When you purchase a product from me, I communicate with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your item. Images of the completed product are sent via Email. If you aren't satisfied, I will happily re-make it. Every customized order will have your approval before being shipped.
Each item is made to order and due to the process of making each item, minor imperfections are unavoidable. I will do my best to make sure your item is in the best shape before sending it to you.
